OCEAN HOUSE

For their oceanfront estate, our client desired a Savant home automation system with every added feature imaginable. In addition, they also requested a complete lighting system. Possessing complete control of the Ocean House, whether they were walking in the door or out of town, was needed for their unique lifestyle.

To fulfill the requests of our client, Acoustic Architects designed and implemented a network throughout the infrastructure of the home. It included a multitude of smart technologies such as audio-video, home theater, and media solutions. Also added were smart HVAC, security, cameras, phone, and intercom systems. Lastly, the home was outfitted with whole-home lighting and motorized shading controls.
