The world continues to change on the coattails of COVID-19 and the subsequent quarantine. We’ve found a multitude of new ways to enjoy the solitude of our homes. And Samsung has introduced another option for passing the time while increasing our health points.
Fit and Fun Options
In partnership with leading health and fitness brands barre3, Calm, Echelon, Fitplan, Jillian Michaels Fitness, and obé Fitness, Samsung will offer access to over 5,000 hours of free wellness content streaming right into your home. There is something for everyone and every schedule.
Pair your daily routines with Samsung Health, where you can track your nutrition, activity, and progress. Samsung’s health app also invites you to experience Meditation tools and women’s health partner app, Glow. Quiet your mind at the end of the day, and stay on top of rhythms and cycles. It’s an empowering way to be in command of your health and wellness.
Where and When
Currently, you can stream 250 videos on Samsung’s 2018 and 2019 TV models, with content including Barre classes, guided meditations, celebrity-led personal training sessions, and more. By this summer, 2020 Smart TV’s will be fully integrated with the Samsung Health and Wellness Apps, and be available for viewing in Canada and The United States.
The Word from Samsung
“As our community grapples with unprecedented disruptions to their daily routines, it is important for homebound consumers to have access to free high-quality health and wellness offerings,” says Salek Brodsky, vice president of strategic partnerships and business development for Samsung Electronics. “…we look forward to enhancing these offerings by bringing a full Samsung Health experience to our TVs later this year.”
Responsive Fitness
Get excited about fresh workouts from obé Fitness with live and on-demand classes like cardio boxing, yoga sculpt, meditation, and more. Use voice commands while getting cozy on your mat to find the exercise class you’ve been wanting to try. And then get energized with a unique fitness class in the comfort of your own home.
Responsive Living, the term coined by Acoustic Architects founders, Aaron Flint and Spencer Hauldren, is the concept of seamlessly enhancing the client’s unique lifestyle using smart home technology. Responsive Living allows you to interact with your space via touch input, voice command, and predictive automation, placing you in full control of your home.
