The AA team checked the home system remotely, identified the issues, and then fixed a few things before coming in. They even gave me some tips on dealing with the TV Mirror because of their connections with the rep.
I can’t imagine having my home system without a service plan. Keeping up with the updates or handling an issue when something goes wrong is just too stressful.
