Technology is moving at incredible speeds with, beautiful innovative products consistently hitting the market. Everything is interfacing at different levels and updating constantly. And communication between devices is so unimaginably complex, your smart home might as well be alive. Therefore, a comprehensive service plan is imperative to make sure your home system runs seamlessly in the background while you enjoy your lifestyle to the max.

Take a look at how a South Florida homeowner utilizes his service plan.

My Miami home is loaded with the latest and greatest…and just flat out coolest…technology. Recently, I wanted to upgrade my system to the next level. So, I consulted with my smart home advisors at Acoustic Architects. Together we decided on new Revel speakers for the living room, Sonos speakers for the bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as specialized Séura TV Mirrors for each interior room. And an additional patio set-up including a Séura all-weather TV accompanied by Bowers & Wilkins 800-series speakers.

All the new products needed to be integrated into my Savant home system and voice control. So, the Acoustic Architects team took care of that too. Because I have a service plan, they were on it the day everything was delivered.

A few weeks later, we had a storm in the area. I was one of the unlucky people who were directly in its path. Not only did it knock out the internet, but my living room TV Mirror refused to work after the storm passed.

The aftermath involved requiring help from my homeowner’s insurance, the warranty on the TV, and again, the service team at Acoustic Architects, who were immediately responsive. The AA team checked the home system remotely, identified the issues, and then fixed a few things before coming in. They even gave me some tips on dealing with the TV Mirror because of their connections with the rep.

I can’t imagine having my home system without a service plan. Keeping up with the updates or handling an issue when something goes wrong is just too stressful. But I don’t have to deal with any of it. I love my smart home, my smart toys, and my smart service team. The Acoustic Architects team makes my smart home experience so easy and so enjoyable.

Responsive Living, the term coined by Acoustic Architects founders, Aaron Flint and Spencer Hauldren, is the concept of seamlessly enhancing the client’s unique lifestyle using smart home technology. Responsive Living allows you to interact with your space via touch input, voice command, and predictive automation, placing you in full control of your home.
